2. SITE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH CARBONFREE TECHNOLOGIES FOR JEFFERSON ST. GARAGE/FMD BUILDING (#3311) Approve a Site License Agreement between Maricopa County and CarbonFree Technologies. Under the terms of the agreement Maricopa County will grant CarbonFree Technologies a non exclusive license in order for CarbonFree Technologies to install, operate and maintain a rooftop solar photovoltaic system under the terms of the accompanying Solar Services Agreement on the Jefferson Street Garage/Facilities Management Department (FMD) Building (#3311). The Site License Agreement also will grant CarbonFree Technology a right-of-way across any surrounding County property in order to access the system. There is no cost to the County to execute this agreement. (C-91-10-163-L-00)
