4. SITE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH CARBONFREE TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE DOWNTOWN JUSTICE CENTER (#4053) Approve a Site License Agreement between Maricopa County and CarbonFree Technologies. Under the terms of the agreement Maricopa County will grant CarbonFree Technologies a non exclusive license in order for CarbonFree Technologies to install, operate and maintain a rooftop solar photovoltaic system under the terms of the accompanying Solar Services Agreement for the Downtown Justice Center building (#4053). The Site License Agreement also will grant CarbonFree Technology a right-of-way across any surrounding County property in order to access the system. There is no cost to the County to execute this agreement. (C-91-10-165-L-00)
