49. LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF GILA BEND Approve the License Agreement between Town of Gila Bend and Maricopa County acting through Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) that will grant permission for the County to access and use the property located at the northwest corner of Stout Street and St. Louis Avenue in the Town of Gila Bend for the purpose of storing highway and street sign equipment and related items. The purpose of this License Agreement is to allow the Town of Gila Bend to grant, free of charge, a revocable license to the County to exclusively occupy a 1600 square feet (40ft x 40ft) portion of property located at the northwest corner of Stout Street and St. Louis Avenue in the Town of Gila Bend for the purpose of storing highway and street sign equipment and related items. This temporary storage area will provide to the MCDOT Operation and Maintenance crews accommodations and access in this area to store vital equipment necessary for roadway maintenance. The document is not an easement and will not be recorded by the County Recorder’s Office. The agreement will begin upon approval by the Board of Supervisors.
