6. AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR ARIZONA REVOCABLE PERMIT NO. RP-09021-23 Approve an Agreement between the City of Phoenix, (RP-09021-23) and Maricopa County through the Facilities Management Department, for the purpose of construction, use and maintenance of a Storm Water Treatment System and Guard Shelter Awning within the public right-of-way. This Agreement is non-financial and is effective from May 12, 2010 until revoked by either party. This Revocable Permit between the County and the City of Phoenix is required to complete portions of the Downtown Court Tower project (#3325-07-380). This project is located in District 5. (C-91-10-178-3-00)
