A-6. AMENDMENT TO THE FY 2009-10 FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN In accordance with A.R.S. Section 42-17106(B), authorize the following amendment to the FY 2009-10 Budget and Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan: 1. Create a new project titled “Santa Fe Depot Remodel,” and increase the FY2009-10 expenditure authority in Non Departmental (470) General Fund County Improvement Fund (445) Santa Fe Depot (SFDR) in the amount of $150,000; 2. Increase the FY2010-11 expenditure authority in Non Departmental (470) General Fund County Improvement Fund (445) Santa Fe Depot (SFDR) in the amount of $3,822,106 and direct the Office of Management & Budget to reflect the adjustment in the FY 2010-2011 Final Adopted Budget; 3. Decrease the FY2009-10 expenditure authority in Non-Departmental (470) Non Departmental Grant Fund (249) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) in the amount of $150,000 from the line “Potential Expenditures from Fund Balance.” These actions will have a county-wide impact of zero.
