51. IGA WITH THE CITY OF AVONDALE FOR THE EXCHANGE OF SERVICES (ENTENTE) Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County and the City of Avondale for the exchange of services or reimbursement of services (Entente). The Agreement will not exceed five years unless extended by appropriate actions by the County and the City. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time prior to the end of its duration by furnishing the other party with 30 days written notice. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-91-10-181-M-00)
