42. ROAD ABANDONMENT (ROAD FILE NO. AB-242) Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-6709, 28-7202 and §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-242 to abandon a portion of Broadway Road in the vicinity of Broadway Road and 35th Avenue, which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of a Warranty Deed on July 8, 1997 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as document No. 1997-0461410 and a portion of that certain on-site easement dated February 2, 1960 and recorded as Docket 3146, Page 114. This action will authorize the abandonment of a County Right-of-way in accordance with Abandonment No. AB-242 according to A.R.S. §28-6709, 7202, 7205, 7214 and 7215.
