61. CONTRACT WITH STANLEY CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES Approve Contract No. 2010-031, with Stanley Consultants, Inc. for Construction Administration Services for Ellsworth Road from Hunt Highway to Cloud Road, MCDOT County Arterials (ARTS) Project, Sub-Project T178. This contract shall be effective for a period of 240 calendar days following the Board of Supervisors approval, or until the expenditure of $1,498,685.40, whichever occurs first. The cost for this construction administration will be equally shared between Maricopa County and the Town of Queen Creek. Maricopa County has entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Town of Queen Creek and Pinal County for the design, construction, and ownership/maintenance of this Project. This contract is for complete Construction Administration services on 1.5 miles on the Ellsworth Road and 0.25 miles on Hunt Highway main alignment. Additionally, 0.5 miles along Empire Boulevard, 0.40 miles on San Tan Boulevard, 0.30 miles on Riggs Road and 0.25 miles along Cloud Road will be improved in kind to provide the fully functional intersections with Ellsworth Road.
