94. ROAD ABANDONMENT (ROAD FILE NO. AB-243) Pursuant to A.R.S. § 28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-243 to abandon a portion of 140th Street in the vicinity of Rio Verde Drive and 140th St. by extinguishing the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of a dedication on February 1, 1996 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as Instrument number 1996-0072420. It is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors resolve to abandon a portion of 140th Street in the vicinity of Rio Verde Drive and 140th ST, Road File No. AB-243. Legal description of the roadway to be extinguished, identified as Exhibit "A". Supervisory District No. 2 (C-91-11-005-M-00)
