93. ROAD ABANDONMENT (ROAD FILE NO. AB-245) Pursuant to A.R.S. § 28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-245 to abandon a portion of 83rd Avenue in the vicinity of Roeser Road and 83rd Avenue by extinguishing the right of way as shown on Book 2 of Road Maps, Page 14 dated July 30, 1921, in the office of the Recorder, Maricopa County. It is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors resolve to abandon a portion of 83rd Avenue in the vicinity of Roeser Road and 83rd Avenue, Road File No. AB-245. Legal description of the roadway to be extinguished, identified as Exhibit "A". Supervisory District No. 5 (C-91-11-008-M-00)
