100. NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON WHITEHEAD WAY Approve new traffic controls (Stops) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following locations: A ONE-WAY STOP on Whitehead Way at Pemberton Loop SW / Pemberton Loop NW for Westbound traffic. A ONE-WAY STOP on Whitehead Way at Pemberton Loop SE / Pemberton Loop NE for Eastbound traffic. A ONE-WAY STOP on Pemberton Loop NE at Pemberton Loop NW / Pemberton Drive for Northbound traffic. This agenda item is the result of an in-house safety study conducted by MCDOT. After evaluating current traffic volumes, accident records and sight distance it was determined that warrants were met for a one-way stop. Supervisory District No. 2 (C-91-11-013-M-00)
