63. NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON NAVIGATION WAY Approve new traffic controls (NO STOPPING, STANDING, PARKING ANYTIME on unincorporated right-of-way at the following locations: A NO STOPPING, STANDING, PARKING ANY TIME ZONE on Navigation Way from 180 Feet west of National Trail to Livingstone Way (Both Sides). A NO STOPPING, STANDING, PARKING ANY TIME ZONE on Livingston Way from Navigation Way to 140 Feet south of Navigation Way (Both Sides). This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering Study conducted at the request of the residents. Vehicles parked on Maricopa County right-of-way are causing obstructions to the traveling public. In the interest of public safety these signs are warranted.
