NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON CENTRAL AVENUE Approve new traffic controls (Stop Signs) on unincorporated right of way at the following location: All Traffic to stop before entering or crossing a THROUGH STREET within the prescribed limits of: Central Avenue from 100 feet north of Joy Ranch Road to Irvine Road.
