56. BID AND AWARD FOR INDIAN SCHOOL ROAD BOX CULVERT AT BEARDSLEY CANAL Approve the solicitation of bids for Indian School Road Box Culvert at Beardsley Canal, Safety (SAFE) Project, Sub-Project No. T277; and approve the award to the lowest responsive bidder, provided that the lowest responsive bid does not exceed the engineer’s estimate by ten percent. This project consists of the following: The work consists of removal of the existing 10' by 33' wide bridge, removal of irrigation water facilities, removal of existing concrete lined ditch, constructing a new 6’ by 8’ box culvert, reconstructing of water irrigation facilities, construction of 36” diameter Rubber Gasket Reinforced Concrete Pipe ( RGRCP) line, reconstructing approx. 0.3 mile of two lane road and miscellaneous items of work. Except the Maricopa Water District (MWD) defined dry-up season, an uninterrupted irrigation water supply will be maintained. Supervisory District No(s). 4 (C-91-11-030-5-00)
