71. JOB ORDER CONTRACT WITH CACTUS ASPHALT FOR TRAFFIC CALMING Approve the award of Job Order Contract (JOC), Contract No. 2010-053 with Cactus Asphalt, for a not-exceed amount of $1,500,000.00 for Traffic Calming Services performed when requested by the Maricopa County Department of Transportation through a specific Work Assignment. This JOC shall be effective for a period of one year from the Board award date and may be renewed, if mutually agreed to by both the Contractor and the County, for an additional two one-year periods. The Contractor shall be paid a total fee not-to-exceed $1,500,000.00 over three years. The annual contract amount not-to-exceed $500,000.00. Supervisory District: All (C-91-11-040-5-00)
