CONTRACT WITH BRIGNALL CONSTRUCTION FOR PHASE II A CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR THE COMBINED ASSESSOR'S RELOCATIONS Approve a Contract between Brignall Construction and Maricopa County through the Facilities Management Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of 1,998,506. The purpose of this Contract is to provide construction services for tenant improvements at the Santa Fe Freight Depot for the Assessor's Combined Relocations project. This Contract is effective from October 6, 2010 until February 28, 2011. CONTRACT WITH BRIGNALL CONSTRUCTION FOR PHASE II B CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR THE COMBINED ASSESSOR'S RELOCATIONS Approve a Contract between Brignall Construction and Maricopa County through the Facilities Management Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $986,990. The purpose of this Contract is to provide construction services for tenant improvements at the County Administration Building for the Assessor's Combined Relocations project. This Contract is effective from April 13, 2011 until July 31, 2011.
