73. ACCEPT FEDERAL AID REIMBURSEMENT FOR EMERGENCY REPAIRS TO PATTON ROAD AT HASSAYAMPA RIVER Authorize the Maricopa County Department of Transportation to accept a federal aid reimbursement in the amount of $52,595, to pay for emergency repairs to Patton Road at Hassayampa River, which was damaged by flooding in early 2010. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditure of the funds is not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. Maricopa County Department of Transportation was not required to contribute any funds for this project. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-91-11-047-M-00)
