74. CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS Approve a change in traffic controls (Speed Limits) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: A 45 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE (from a 55 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) on Rainbow Valley Road from Elliot Road to Ray Road. (This partially rescinds the 55 MPH speed limit zone dated July 6, 1971.) This agenda item is the result of completion of a MCDOT’s Safety Improvement Project to reduce speeds in areas that have changed from rural to urban. Supervisory District No. 5 (C-91-11-050-M-00)
