77. AMENDMENT TO THE FY 2010-11 FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN In accordance with A.R.S. Section 42-17106(B), authorize the following amendment to the FY 2010-11 Budget and Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan: 1. Create a new project titled “Chambers Swing Space Remodel” and increase the FY2010-11 expenditure appropriation in Non Departmental (470) General Fund County Improvement Fund (445) Chambers Swing Space Remodel (CSSR) in the amount of $2,819,079, which is the established project budget; 2. Decrease the FY2010-11 expenditure appropriation in Non-Departmental (470) General Fund County Improvement Fund (445) Project Reserve (PRSA) in the amount of $2,819,079 from $30,280,585 to $27,461,506. These actions will have a county-wide impact of zero. (C-91-11-051-2-00)
