85. TRANSFER EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY FOR COUNTY ATTORNEY/ADULT PROBATION STAFF RELOCATION In accordance with A.R.S. Section 42-17106(B), transfer expenditure authority in the amount of $3,870,341 within FY 2010-11 Non Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) from Contingency (4711) to Other Programs (4712) creating a new line “County Attorney/Adult Probation Relocation.” This action will have a county-wide impact of zero.
