59. CONTRACT WITH AZTEC ENGINEERING, LLC FOR MC85 AT 83RD AVENUE AND CENTER TURN LANE EXPANSION Approve Contract No. 2010-040, with AZTEC Engineering Arizona, LLC, in the amount of $1,956,367.00 for Maricopa County Department of Transportation's Safety Projects (SAFE) Sub-Project No. T345, MC85 at 83rd Avenue and Center Turn Lane Expansion, (aka Design Services, MC85: 107th Avenue to 75th Avenue). The Contract completion date shall be 577 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued. The work to be accomplished by this contract is in compliance with and to fulfill the prescribed terms of an approved intergovernmental agreement with City of Phoenix No. 125038 (C.91.10.195.M.00) recorded on July 20, 2010.
