60. BID AND AWARD FOR WILLIAMS FIELD ROAD, GILBERT TO EASTERN CANAL IMPROVEMENTS Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Williams Field Road, Gilbert to Eastern Canal Improvements, County Arterials (ARTS) Project, Sub-Project No. T098. Award the contract to the lowest responsive bidder, provided that the lowest responsive bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. The purpose of the Project is to construct and widen Williams Field Road from Gilbert Road to Eastern Canal (Project). This project will be procured in accordance with the mandate set forth in the Maricopa County Procurement Code, Article 5, and Section 504. Supervisory District No. 2 (C-91-11-070-5-00)
