51. ROAD ABANDONMENT (ROAD FILE NO. AB-250) Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-250 to abandon a portion of 386TH Avenue (alignment) and Pima Street (alignment) in the vicinity of Salome Highway and 386th Avenue (alignment) by extinguishing the easement which was established by means of a subdivision plat recorded at Book 404 of Maps, Page 50; Book 408 of Maps Page 43 and also shown in the Minor Land Division on January 26, 1999 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as Book 491 of Maps, Page 38.
