49. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK CONTRACT WITH WOODRUFF CONSTRUCTION COMPANY Approve a Contract between Woodruff Construction Company and Maricopa County through the Facilities Management Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $675,870.76. The purpose of this Contract is to provide Phase I pre-construction and early purchasing services for the Lower Buckeye Central Plant Expansion project (1964-11-1096). This Contract is effective from November 3, 2010 until March 31, 2011. The project is located in District 5. Early purchasing of the HVAC chillers is necessary to keep this project on schedule for completion prior to the onset of warm weather beginning in the spring of 2011 due to the long lead time for manufacturing of the chiller units.
