54. ROAD ABANDONMENT (ROAD FILE NO. AB-251) Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-251 to abandon a portion of 35th Avenue in the vicinity of 35th Avenue and Broadway Road by extinguishing a portion of the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of an easement on February 3, 1960 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Docket 3146, Page 114.
