76. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK CONTRACT WITH BUILDERS GUILD INC FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE SOLAR THERMAL INSTALLATIONS Approve and authorize execution of a guaranteed maximum price contract between Maricopa County and Builders Guild Inc. for an amount not-to-exceed $1,991,706 for the construction of the solar thermal installations at the Lower Buckeye Jail (1961) and the 4th Avenue Jail (3316). The contract was procured pursuant to Article 5 of the Maricopa County Procurement Code and all applicable State Statutes. The facilities are both located in District 5. Funding for both projects has been provided pursuant to a grant from the Department of Energy pursuant to the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act of 2009. (C-91-11-102-5-00)
