74. RESCIND MARICOPA COUNTY RESOLUTION (92-06) FOR SIDEWALK REPAIR IN UNINCORPORATED AREAS OF MARICOPA COUNTY Rescind the previously approved Board of Supervisors Resolution 92-06, for Sidewalk Repair in Unincorporated Maricopa County, which was adopted in November, 1993. Maricopa County’s Department of Transportation will assume responsibility for this function within Maricopa County. Maricopa County’s Department of Transportation (MCDOT) feels that the existing Sidewalk Repair Policy places an unnecessary financial hardship on many residents of Maricopa County, plus the existing Policy does not address the need for quality assurance or pavement control.
