46. AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR REVOCABLE PERMIT NO. RP-10042-05 Approve an Agreement between the City of Phoenix, (RP-10042-05) and Maricopa County through the Facilities Management Department, for the purpose of construction, use and maintenance of a 4-inch PVC private utility conduit within the public right-of-way. The conduit will be used to provide communications fiber to the Luhr's Building. This Agreement is non-financial and is effective from February 9, 2011 until revoked by either party. This Revocable Permit between the County and the City of Phoenix is required to complete portions of the move for the County Attorney's Office and Adult Probation into the Luhr's Building (a leased facility). This project is located in District 5. (C-91-11-140-L-00)
