I-2. DISSOLUTION OF K107 31ST AVENUE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Adopt a resolution dissolving K107 31st Avenue Improvement District (District 3) in accordance with A.R.S. 48-959. All obligations of this improvement district have been paid in full. The district is located in the vicinity of 31st Avenue and ½ mile north of Cloud Road. The 31st Avenue alignment was and is private and shall remain a private roadway. (C-91-11-170-7-00)
