57. CHANGE TRAFFIC CONTROLS AT GLENDALE AVENUE AND COTTON LANE Approve a change in traffic controls (Four Way Stop) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: A Four Way Stop (from a Two-Way east/west Stop) at Glendale Avenue and Cotton Lane. (This partially rescinds the Through Street Resolution on Cotton Lane dated May 21, 1957). This agenda item is the result of an in-house safety study conducted by MCDOT. After evaluating current traffic volumes, accident records and sight distance, it was determined that warrants were met for a multiway stop. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-91-11-187-M-00)
