59. CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS AT DOBBINS ROAD AND 43RD AVENUE Approve a change in traffic controls (Four Way Stop) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: A Four Way Stop (from a Two-Way north/south Stop) at Dobbins Road and 43rd Avenue. (This partially rescinds the Through Street Resolution on Dobbins Road dated October 25, 1937). This agenda item is the result of an in-house safety study conducted by MCDOT. After evaluating current traffic volumes, accident records and sight distance, it was determined that warrants were met for a multiway stop. Supervisory District No. 5 (C-91-11-189-M-00)
