55. CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON 109TH AVENUE Approve a change in traffic controls (Stops) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: A Two-Way Stop on Abbott Avenue at 109th Avenue for East and Westbound traffic. (This rescinds the TWO-WAY STOP on 109th Avenue at Abbott Avenue dated 8/7/78). This agenda item is the result of an in-house safety study conducted by MCDOT. After evaluating current traffic volumes, accident records and sight distance, it was determined that warrants were met to change the north/southbound stops to east/westbound stops.
