52. NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON CASTLE HOT SPRING ROAD Approve new traffic controls (Speed Limit) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: A 35 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE on Castle Hot Springs Road West from U.S. 60 to S.R. 74. This agenda item is the result of an in-house safety study conducted by MCDOT. After evaluating current traffic volumes, road classification, and the close proximity to an Elementary School, it was determined that the speed limit should be 35 mph.
