53. NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON BURTON AVENUE Approve new traffic controls (Designated School Crossings) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: A DESIGNATED SCHOOL CROSSING on Burton Avenue 10 feet north of 184th Avenue for Mountain View Elementary School. This agenda item is the result of a traffic engineering study conducted at the request of the Principal/Superintendent of Mountain View Elementary School to determine if warrants are met to install a designated school crossing.
