60. AMENDMENT TO THE FY 2010-11 FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN In accordance with A.R.S. Section 42-17106(B), authorize the following amendment to the FY 2010-11 Budget and Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan: 1. Create a new project titled “Southeast Facility Remodel,” in Non Departmental (470) General Fund County Improvement Fund (445) in the amount of $3,178,584, which is the established project budget; 2. Increase the FY2010-11 expenditure appropriation in Non Departmental (470) General Fund County Improvement Fund (445) Southeast Remodel in the amount of $250,000; 3. Decrease the FY2010-11 expenditure appropriation in Non-Departmental (470) General Fund County Improvement Fund (445) Project Reserve (PRSA) in the amount of $250,000 from $27,166,506 to $26,916,506. These actions will have a county-wide impact of zero. This action will fund the remodel of the County Attorney, Public Defender and Adult Probation areas for the consolidation of staff, some from leased space. This project coincides with the County Attorney move project to the Downtown campus into the Luhr’s Building. This project will also include the remodel of the Hurley Building to relocate Facilities Management Dept from the SE Facility. (C-91-11-202-2-00)
