65. IGA WITH THE CITY OF SURPRISE FOR OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OF PARADISE HONORS HIGH SCHOOL RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG 175TH AVENUE Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County, acting through the Maricopa County Department of Transportation (County) and the City of Surprise (City) for the operation and maintenance of Right-of-Way along 175th Avenue near the Paradise Honors High School. This Agreement will transfer the plan review, permitting and all operation and maintenance responsibilities to the City of Surprise until the City completes the annexation of the Right-of-Way. This is being done in coordination with the construction of the Paradise Honors High School which is located immediately adjacent to the Right-of-Way. There is no financial impact to the County.
