I-3. DISSOLUTION OF K96, CENTRAL AVENUE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Adopt a Resolution dissolving K96, Central Avenue Improvement District (District 3) in accordance with A.R.S. 48-959. All obligations of this improvement district have been paid in full and operation and maintenance has been taken over by the county. It is further recommended that the County Treasurer transfer the remaining balance ($1,145.70) to the appropriate Treasurer’s Office account for Bond Agent fees per A.R.S. 48-965. The Maricopa County Treasurer’s Office has researched their files and confirmed that this district does not have any bonds and/or coupons outstanding. The district is located in the vicinity of Happy Valley Road and 7th Avenue. (C-91-11-218-7-00)
