I-2. DISSOLUTION OF 192ND AVENUE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Adopt a Resolution dissolving L101, 192nd Avenue Improvement District (District 4) in accordance with A.R.S. 48-959. All obligations of this improvement district have been paid in full and operation and maintenance of the districts have been taken over by the county. The district is located in the vicinity of Thomas Road and Jackrabbit Trail (195th Avenue). The upgrade improvements were made by the Maricopa County Department of Transportation as part of the PM-10 /Low Volume Roads projects (with City of Phoenix/Federal Construction dollars).
