I-1. DISSOLUTION OF AVENIDA DEL SOL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Adopt a Resolution dissolving L03, Avenida Del Sol Improvement District (District 4) in accordance with A.R.S. 48-959. All obligations of this improvement district have been paid in full and operation and maintenance of the districts have been taken over by the county. The district is located in the vicinity of Pinnacle Peak Road and 83rd Avenue. The upgrade improvements were made by the Maricopa County Department of Transportation as part of the PM-10 projects.
