It is hereby requested that the Board of Supervisors approve and sign the Quit Claim deed and the Assignment of Easement document to complete the transfer of project right of way to the City of El Mirage. These documents have been approved and signed by the City of El Mirage. This project was completed under Intergovernmental Agreement C-91-11-226-5-00 recorded in 2011-0586973, which required that all project right of way be annexed by the City upon completion of the project. As all right of way was already within City jurisdiction at the time of acquisition, the right of way is being transferred to the City through the Quit Claim Deed and Assignment of Easement.
