71. BID AND AWARD FOR MCDOWELL ROAD FROM 1,200' TO 3,350' EAST OF PERRYVILLE ROAD Approve the solicitation of bids for McDowell Road from 1,200’ to 3,350’ East of Perryville Road, Pavement Preservation (PAVE) Project, Sub-Project No.T337; and approve the award to the lowest responsive bidder, provided that the lowest responsive bid does not exceed the engineer’s estimate by ten (10) percent. The purpose of this project is to widen existing roadway to provide a left turn lane. This paving will enhance roadway safety. This project will be procured in accordance with the mandate set forth in the Maricopa County Procurement Code, Article 5, and Section 504. This project is located in Supervisory District No. 4 (C-91-11-231-5-00)
