68. SUPERSTITION VISTAS AREA COMPREHENSIVE PLAN Approve the payment of $10,000 to the East Valley Partnership (EVP) for the Superstition Vistas Phase III work plan. The East Valley Partnership (EVP) will facilitate and coordinate the Phase III work plan relating to the comprehensive planning, visioning and development of the Superstition Vistas, a largely undeveloped 275 square mile tract of land located in northern Maricopa County. Sponsors desire that East Valley Partnership (EVP) facilitate and coordinate the Project in order to maximize the likelihood that Superstition Vistas will be planned and developed with vision and foresight and in a thoughtful and sustainable manner consistent with the Sponsors’ transportation and flood control objectives, and to provide financial support specifically to plan and implement the necessary infrastructure required of the Project.
