76. AGREEMENT WITH RECREATION CENTERS OF SUN CITY WEST, INC. FOR SERVICES PROVIDED WITHIN SUN CITY WEST, ARIZONA Approve the Agreement between Maricopa County and the Recreation Centers of Sun City West, Inc. for services provided within Sun City West, Arizona. The Agreement will be a term of five years. This Agreement has been in full force since December, 1995. Accordingly, the Agreement has been extended twice, each for a five year period. Both Parties wish to enter into a new five year Agreement that will identify and define the level of services that both Parties will assume. Both Parties recognize that this Agreement is beneficial to all concerned. The Agreement defines what operational and maintenance services each Party is responsible for. Both Parties agree to an annual meeting to discuss current operations, providing both Parties with the opportunity to modify or amend the existing agreement by consent of both Parties. All costs are absorbed through the existing Department’s Operating and Maintenance Budget. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-91-11-237-M-00)
