82. IGA WITH TOWN OF GUADALUPE FOR OPERATING AND MAINTAINING TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT CALLE GUADALUPE AND AVENIDA DEL YAQUI Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (Agreement) between Maricopa County, acting through the Maricopa County Department of Transportation (County) and the Town of Guadalupe (Guadalupe) for the operation and maintenance of the traffic signal owned by Guadalupe at the intersection of Calle Guadalupe and Avenida Del Yaqui. There is no direct cost to the County associated with this Agreement, however, Guadalupe will annually remit payment to the County for all costs associated with the operation, maintenance and replacement of all associated equipment. The purpose of this Agreement is to authorize the County to operate and maintain the traffic signal owned by Guadalupe for a term not longer than five years unless both Parties agree to extend or terminate the Agreement. The County will be responsible to perform routine and emergency operation and maintenance of the identified traffic signals, as well as repair and replacement of damaged equipment, and will invoice the Guadalupe annually for all costs associated with this work. Guadalupe will allow the County to properly operate and maintain these signals and will remit payment within 30 days of receipt of the County’s invoice. Supervisory District No. 1 (C-91-11-239-M-00)

91. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH TOWN OF GUADALUPE FOR OPERATING AND MAINTAINING TRAFFIC SIGNAL Approve the First Amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement (C-91-11-239-M-00) which was approved July 6, 2011, between Maricopa County and the Town of Guadalupe for Operating and Maintaining the Traffic Signal at Calle Guadalupe and Avienda Del Yaqui. The County and the Town desire to extend the term of the 2011 IGA for an additional five (5) years for the operation and maintenance of the traffic signal at Calle Guadalupe and Avienda Del Yaqui and invoice the Town for annual service. This amendment will only change the length of the terms but all other terms of the 2011 IGA will remain in effect. This First Amendment shall become effective as of the date it is approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and the Guadalupe Town Council. Supervisory District No. 5 (C-91-11-239-M-01)
