77. DESIGN SERVICES CONTRACT WITH ARRINGTON WATKINS ARCHITECTS FOR THE CLERK OF THE COURT REMODEL PROJECT Approve and award a contract between Arrington Watkins Architects and Maricopa County through the Facilities Management Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $643,017.17. The purpose of this Contract is to provide Maricopa County Clerk of the Court Remodel project (No. MC-A-11-1292) architectural and related design services. Arrington Watkins Architects was selected through a competitive selection process pursuant to Article 5 of the Maricopa County Procurement Code. This contract with Arrington Watkins Architects will allow the Facilities Management Department to complete architectural design, construction administration and other related services of this approved project in anticipation of issuance of a Notice to Proceed on August 1, 2011. This project has been recommended by the Facilities Review Committee and is located in District 5. (C-91-11-240-5-00)
