74. DESIGN CONTRACT WITH PEARSON ENGINEERING ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR THE OET NETWORK FACILITIES UPGRADES PHASE II Approve and award a contract between Pearson Engineering Associates, Inc., and Maricopa County through the Facilities Management Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $916,184.94. The purpose of this Contract is to provide Maricopa County Office of Enterprise Technology Network Facilities Upgrades Phase II (No. MC-A-11-1390) architectural and related design services. Pearson Engineering Associates, Inc. was selected through a competitive selection process pursuant to Article 5 of the Maricopa County Procurement Code. This contract with Pearson Engineering Associates, Inc. will allow the Facilities Management Department to complete engineering design, construction administration and other related services of this approved project in anticipation of issuance of a Notice to Proceed on August 1, 2011. This project has been recommended by the Facilities Review Committee and is located in District 5. (C-91-11-241-5-00)
