NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON CITRUS ROAD Approve new traffic controls (Speed Limits) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following locations: A 45 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE on Citrus Road from Butler Avenue to Olive Avenue. A 45 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE on Citrus Road from Olive Avenue to Peoria Avenue. This agenda item is the result of a completed MCDOT Safety Improvement Project to reduce speeds in areas that have changed from rural to urban. Supervisor District No. 4 (C-91-12-003-M-00) 121. NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON WINDSOR AVENUE Approve new traffic controls (Stops) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: A TWO-WAY STOP on Windsor Avenue at 192nd Avenue for East and Westbound traffic.
