114. CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON REEMS ROAD Approve a change in traffic controls (Speed Limits) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: A 45 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE (from a 50 MPH speed limit zone) on Reems Road from Glendale Avenue to Peoria Avenue. (This partially rescinds the 50 MPH speed limit zone dated April 8, 1974). This agenda item is the result of a completed MCDOT Safety Improvement Project to reduce speeds in areas that have changed from rural to urban. Supervisor District No. 4 (C-91-12-010-M-00)
