124. ROAD ABANDONMENT (ROAD FILE NO. AB-252) Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-252 to abandon a portion of Plymouth in the vicinity of 80th Street and Quenton Street by extinguishing a portion of the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of an Easement and Agreement for Highway Purposes on April 10, 1990 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in document 1990-0158214.
