I-3. DISSOLUTION OF ELLSWORTH WARD STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Adopt a resolution dissolving the Ellsworth Ward Street Lighting Improvement District (District 2) in accordance with A.R.S. 48-264. The district is located in the vicinity of Southern Avenue and Crimson Road. The district has been inactive for at least five consecutive years and has no future purpose. There is no current indebtedness of the said street lighting improvement district. (C-91-12-019-7-00)
